I was looking for a simple solution to add a couple outdoor deck speakers to my home, but I didn’t want to purchase a big receiver. At first, I was looking at a basic bluetooth speaker that I could use on the deck, but then in my searching, I came across this little gem! My only major requirement was that it had to be bluetooth so I could stream music from my phone and/or from my Amazon Echo. I purchased a pair of Polk Audio Atrium 4 outdoor speakers and this Fosi Audio amp with bluetooth. It was as simple as running the speaker wire, mounting the speakers in our soffit above our deck, and plugging the speaker wires into the back of the amp. This amp connects to our Amazon Echo and plays our Amazon music and Pandora flawlessly! My Echo is sitting about 20 feet away from the amp and it has no problems connecting and playing all of our music. I can sit on my deck and connect to the amp with my phone from about 40 feet away as well. I was really surprised about that. I absolutely love this amp. It is plenty powerful enough for our deck. I actually have the volume on the amp turned down to about half and then I control the rest of the volume with my Amazon Echo and/or my phone. If you are looking for a simple stereo amplifier/speaker setup for your home, I would highly recommend this amp. You can’t go wrong for the price.Read more

I’m blown away by this thing — I’m used to much more expensive audio equipment but needed something small and simple to drive two B&W speakers in my home gym. I have a big 11 channel Denon amp in my living room driving my main speakers. This little amp sounds great and does not clip even at higher volume, I’m using it in bluetooth mode and am SO happy with this guy. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to improve the wiring nuts, it’s very difficult to get your speaker wire threaded in, so I ended up using banana plugs instead. If you’re on the fence, BUY THIS THING, it’s great!Read more

I bought this because my ears were getting tired of listening to my 9 year old daughter jam her “tween” tunes on an Echo Dot. As soon as I got it I plugged it into my Polk towers (you know, “testing) that have 4×8” woofers each and was blown away. Obviously the Polks are not high efficiency speakers (Normally powered by a Denon inCommand series AVR), but this little amp managed to run them at comfortable volumes just fine. Anything above casual listening (say, a party) and it would start clipping…but that’s not what they designed this for. At listening volumes bass was deep and highs were clear and detailed.I paired it with 2 of these speakers ( and installed one in her bathroom and one in her bedroom. The sound blew me away. You’d swear there was a sub hidden somewhere. Plenty of thump, plenty of detail. If I were putting together a listening station (like studio monitors) I’d pop for this again in a red hot second. Paired with more efficient speakers it would be killer. No issue with BlueTooth, other than the “pop” they tell you to expect while pairing. Since I paired it with an Echo Dot that will not be moving or un-pairing, this is not a problem for me.Read more

Purchased this amp to power my bookshelf sized outdoor speakers. The sound quality is pretty good and louder than I expected. Usually have it powered midway on the controller and midway on my phone. This is pretty satisfying for Hiphop RNB and EDM in my 1000sq backyard. It’s not going to blow you out but it’s pretty good for gatherings and casual listening at home. The range is pretty fantastic. I have to controller mounted on top of my refrigerator with wires though a wood framed exterior wall. I can get about 70’ range outside. Inside it’s much more impressive my phone connects via Bluetooth from the basement to the 3rd floor attic with no interruption, it’s a 1920s wood-fame house. It’s a pretty good value, I would highly suggest over an all-in-one outdoor Bluetooth speaker. I had one previously it was very much underpowered and cost 2x as much (when comparing with this app combined $100 outdoor speakers vs the ‘unnamed’ all-in-one Bluetooth outdoor speaker)Read more

What an awesome little amp. The Bluetooth works great and my old Yamaha speakers sound like new…very smooth and I haven’t turned up past a quarter yet.Update 7/11/2019I had a chance to assemble a couple of flat panel speakers using 24W audio exciters and it exceeded every expectation. This updated version of the BT10A has treble/bass controls. With the unique sound characteristics of flat panels, it’s necessary to have the ability to adjust high and low frequencies to suit the listener. The amount of sound generated by these panels is superior to regular speakers at the same volume, so this amp will never be overworked. The small footprint of this amp and it’s bluetooth feature virtually eliminates the need for a TV stand and effectively increases the usable square footage of the room. It really makes it difficult to justify spending so much more money on a quality full size receiver.12/23/19This little amp is still making me smile. It’s rebranded and listed under different names…don’t be fooled, make sure yours comes with a good power source. Some are cheaper but might not even include one.Read more
